Each year the Associates at St. Catherine Hospital hold a competition to see which department will win the coveted "Golden Ladle" for the best soup. This year we had a record number of departments participating. Associates are invited to be the judges and for $2 enjoyed a large variety of delicious soups. All the proceeds from the event went to Emmaus House. The winner of the "Golden Ladle" was Materials Management. Human Resources came in a close second and the Marketing department came in third place.
The winners of the Best Decorated Table Award were: First place-Human Resources, Second Place-Bio/Med & The Learning Tree and Third Place-PACU. Of course the real winner was Emmaus House. The St. Catherine Hospital Associates raised a total of $646.62 to be donated to Emmaus House.
