SCH Associates Active in our Community

Several St. Catherine Hospital Associates have formed a Community Involvement Committee to reach out to our community.  Their goal is to be visible to everyone in the community, not just as hospital employees but as members of the community.  Although as Associates we do many things here at the hospital to benefit the community this group has taken it further by actively going into the community and participating in scheduled events.  Their first event was Boo at the Zoo.  They had a booth and passed out candy to all the children who attended.  All of the candy was donated by other St. Catherine Hospital Associates.

Their most recent project was to build a float for the annual downtown Garden City Christmas Parade.  Although the parade was canceled due to inclement weather, they did a great job with the float.  The members of the committee are Tonya Delgado, Britt Fairbank, Gracie Hudson, Constance Kells, Antoinette Martinez, Janie Matile, Nancy Murillo and Linda Weaver.  They would like to invite anyone who is interested in helping and/or serving on the committee to join the fun.  If you are interested, please contact any of the current members.
